Professional Development Workshops
While recognizing the strength of each program and their communicated needs, we offer professional development workshops, classroom specific presentations and up-to-date, evidence-based, pertinent resources.
Workshops are available on-site, off-site and online and are approved for Professional Development Funding as well as Paid Time Release Grant, as supported through the Province of Alberta Child Care Grant Funding Program.
On-site Coaching for Educators
Our in-the-moment, front-line modeling and mentoring for educators is interactive, impactful and effective. Responsive, creative, and dedicated educators are the most significant component for the success of your program. It is of the utmost importance for educators to take ownership of their role in the program and to understand their monumental impact on their daily work with the children, the families and their co-educators.
Management Mentorship
