We facilitate an extensive variety of workshops to meet your program’s current needs. Our presentations are informative, engaging, interactive and effective, leaving you feeling incredibly inspired and excited to begin implementation into your program or dayhome the very next day.
Our workshops integrate the underlying core principles of Flight: Alberta’s Early Learning and Care Framework, a child-centred and educator-supported curriculum, valuing the Child as a Mighty Learner and Citizen.
Cornerstone’s workshops have been approved for Professional Development Funding as well as Release Time Funding, allowing educators to be paid while attending our workshops. Cornerstone will present each of your educators with a variety of digital resources to supplement the learning, as well as a Certificate of Completion, to acknowledge and reinforce the importance of each participant’s commitment to continuous education in our field.
In addition, Cornerstone understands and values the significance of reflection. Once we have facilitated a workshop at your program, we highly recommend booking a follow-up visit by our coaches. This extended opportunity encourages reconnection with your team, in order to continue processing
and make tangible meaning of recent learnings.
Our workshops are conducted approximately from 1.5 to 2.5 hours in length. Should a program desire a shorter or longer time frame, we are certainly able to accommodate that request.
